High Strength and Toughness

Elongation: ≥16% for a gauge length of 200mm and ≥22% for a gauge length of 50mm, reflecting the steel plate's excellent plastic deformation capability.
Impact Toughness: In transverse impact tests at -40℃, the average V-notch impact energy is ≥27J, with individual values ≥20J, indicating that the steel plate retains good toughness at low temperatures, making it suitable for cold regions or low-temperature environments.

Through special chemical composition design and production process control, ASTM A612M steel plates are less prone to defects such as cracks and porosity during welding, ensuring the quality and strength of welded joints.
